Low Cost, Long Distance Internet Phone Services are Not a Scam

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have tried the Vonage service and love it. The system did mess up once, but their service people worked with me for two days to help fix a problem my IT provider refused to admit was there.

I have Vonage run through my regular phone for about six months and have not been hit with a single extra charge.

The signal is clear.

And, I talked about 25 hours in December without any trouble from Vongage, my phone, or my IT provider.

The only set back is that you need to do some extra paperwork for 911.

Yes, I am not in the telephone book, but I am not an impulse buy company, so the phone book doesn't bring me business anyway.
