Many writers sit at their computer and wonder how freelance writers come up with hundreds of articles a year - most of them on the same niche. This makes experienced writers smile.
Here is the secret. We go to niche sites. My main client is a home decorating client. The first thing I need to understand is what the article's readers want. Most people go to the web to solve problems, find solutions, learn new techniques, and discover the latest trends.
The niche websites have the latest products. Many of them are linked directly to the manufacturers and distributors. They do not need to stock a warehouse full of product - all they need to do is list an online catalogue. This means that the online stores can be months - even a year - ahead of local home decorating stores.
So, I can write home decorating articles on products that haven't even hit the store.... a bonus for my clients.
