I've been learning a lot from Pro Blogger This page has a cool video tool. I can use this, combined with youtube. I have extensive public speaking experience. I don't like the images created with a web cam, but when using a good video camera, the message can be good.
I agree that images are necessary, and as well as 'guest authors' on this site, you will start seeing images that will help improve the content. So, take some time to visit and learn a bit about pro blogging.
