Office Exercise

Lack of exercise causes health problems, speeds up the aging process, and decreases our lifestyle expectations. It is fairly difficult for the work at home professional to exercises. The best option is to exercise as a 'break' within the work day.

The important thing to remember is that doing laundry or dusting is not exercise. In fact, these tasks often increase stress and decrease the benefits of exercise. It is better to bring in exercise equipment, or better, install a treadmill. This will increase cardio exercise, but it also focuses on areas where people who are sedentary 'spread' such as their butt and thighs.

Carrying weight on your butt can increase the instances of back and shoulder pain, or other chronic problems which can cripple a writer's career.
