Recycled plastic material

One of the hardest garbage to deal with is plastic. Our wonderful world will develop micro-organisms which will feed on plastic, but this is not a solution. The process can take centuries. The most eco-friendly method of dealing with plastic is to recycle it.

Plastic does have the wonderful ability to be used - repeatedly. HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) is a plastic that can be recycled. We need to take care of our world. There are business opportunities in recycling.

HDPE Scrapis used for snack food packaging, cereal box liners, non carbonated drink bottles, snacks, bottles for beverage cases, bread trays, household cleaner bottles, and margarine tubs. We even eat it in deli food and whipped toppings.

High Density Polyethylene is used to make detergent bottles, milk jugs, garbage containers, water pipes, detergents, bleach and acids.

General uses of HDPE include bread trays, films for grocery sacks, bottles for beverages and household chemicals and injection-molded beverage cases.

We can do our part to save the planet by buying recycled plastics. This generates income for the industry, and makes government favor recycled over disposing.

It only takes a moment to check the bottle and see if the product's container was made from recycled plastic.
