I started shopping online about one year ago. I like the site buy.com. I can get everything from furniture to computers to games for my son. Shopping online will soon replace shopping in the store.
I went to the local store for a hard drive that was normally $250 marked down to $114. They all sold out in the first 20 minutes because the store let one person walk out with six of them. What type of customer service is this. I would rather buy from an online site that guarantees I will get my product. My time is worth money. Gas is expensive. I would have got a much better product, and saved money, if I had just stuck with my first instincts and purchased the hard drive from buy.com
