I have talked about several methods to help writers through a work at home or freelance business. One method that most people overlook is blogging. In most cases, you can guess how much money you will make based on the money you invest.
How to Make Money Blogging
It is easy to make money through Blogitive. I have done it for about six month now. I make about $10 - $200 a week. It takes a while to build up a blog to the level where blogitive will accept it. They take the blogs where I have a lot of feedback, links, post once a week, and ping. However, usually 30 posts on a 30 day old blog is sufficient.
I post most of my blogs at www.blogger.com. It is RSS syndicated at FeedBurner, and linked to from my lenses at www.squidoo.com/gracepub, and www.myspace.com/historical_romance.
How it Works
Blogitive puts a post in my account. I accept it. I write the blog. I use their ‘link code’ the way it shows in the post. If there are mistakes they return the post to my account. The most common mistake is broken links, so I always check the links before I submit. They will also return a post if it has typos in it. They pay me $5 for every post.
There is a video new tutorial on Blogitive to help you understand of how the program works. Two bloggers have 10 – 20 blogs and make $1000 a week.. This is not a get rich quick scheme. It takes a well organized person who is a dedicated blogger to make this much money.
