Mark use to be a student in one of my writing classes. Now we chat on MSN, and have become friends.

I can't really say I fully enjoyed it, but I'd be lying if I said watching it wasn't quite the experience. For better and worse, I've never seen anything quite like it and doubt you have either. It's mesmerizing and yet aggravating. Despite being billed as a comedy, I only chuckled once or twice. The Woodland Haunting 2 is constantly introducing oddball situations and characters into what otherwise would be a tepid ghost story, which, combined with the non-linear storytelling, bizarre directing choices, use of computer graphics, and general overall weirdness (unless I lost my mind, the movie even has two sets of opening credits too), makes it almost indescribably bizarre. Of course, my reaction might also have been in part due to my being under the weather at the time. All I know is that when it was over after only 65 minutes, I was a somewhat relieved and kinda disappointed because it ended as perplexing as it had begun and remained throughout.

This is so exciting. My friend Mark, and a few buddies made their own indi movie studio, and did the entire movie themselves. They had a blast, and then waited to see what would happen. Well, Mark just MSN'd me, all excited because The Movie Channel is going to air their movie.
It just goes to show you that anything is possible. So, go take a look at the rest of the review, it is a hoot.
