How Can Anyone Loose Weight?

Loosing weight is a life long battle for most people. I am one of them. I carry all my weight on my thighes and butt. I've exercised daily, cardio, weights, and gone down to a 29" waist - but I still had a size 9 pant size - size 14 dress pant size.

Nothing I did would help me loose weight. I tried everything from yoga and Karate to weight training and spending 40 minutes a day on a tread mill.

Now that I am over 40, the problem has become...shall we say...bigger. That is why I am starting to look at products like Hoodia. I cannot cut my daily intake back anymore. Some days I feel faint because I have not eaten enough. There has to be a better way than starving yourself.
