The Importance of a Good Real Estate Agent

We are still repairing our home. We were lied to when we purchased our home. The local real estate agents are known for their lack of scruples. Some of the tricks they pull in our area would make the newspapers in a large city.

That is why I am glad that many large real estate agents are moving 'online.' This gives home buyers the opportunity to hire a professional agent, even if they live in a rural area.

I appreciate sites like Broward county real estate. I've blogged about many real estate sites, creating a hall of fame. I do this partly because my own story is one of disappointment and disgust, and partly because I want other home buyers to know where to find good agents.
