Stay Fit - Stay Healthy

The more that I study and write about mature health issues, the more I start realizing how fragile health really is. Our bodies are machines. They need good fuel, and prime muscles to operate. There are a lot of pills and suppliments on the market, but nothing works as well as good 'old fashioned' exercises.

Today's exercise equipment is easier to use than it was 15 years ago. They are easier on our joints, exercise without straining muscles, and losing weight without building 'man' muscles.
